OUT GOAL IS TO AVOID DUPLICATION OF OFFERINGS ALREADY DOWNTOWN VIA RESTAURANTS. WE WANT YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL AND HAVE A GOOD EVENT, AS WELL AS THE EXISTING BUSINESSES. WE ARE ACCEPTING VERY LIMITED FOOD VENDOR APPLICATIONS. 

BBQ is prefered. Other food offerings will be reviewed for duplication before being approved.

Become a vendor for the 2 day Shamrockin' BBQ & Beer Festival.

Festival Rules:

1. All Merchants must exhibit and be present during the Festival, March 15th 4PM to 10PM and March 16th 11am - 10pm.  Set up may start at 7am March 15th and be complete no later than 3:30pm. You may stay open later hours if you desire.

2. An accepted application is a commitment to participate in the Festival, and no refunds will be made for cancellations.
