Shamrockin BBQ & Beer Festival is a festival created by the Firefighter Charity of Central Florida as a fundraiser for their Florian Fund. This fund helps local firefighters in time of a major personal crisis. The 2 day festival is a family fun event full of tastings, music, competitions, and more! We are passionate about creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. This isn't just your ordinary little ole BBQ competition where you get 2 to 3 samples.

This is the SPARTA of competitions!

This is a Florida BBQ Association state sanctioned event!

 

Join us on Friday March 13th and Saturday March 14th and ticketed guests will be able to enter our team competition area  to sample mouth watering BBQ, Chili & Sauces from over 40 of the top BBQ competition teams in the state of Florida and some of our local hometown pitmasters!
