About the event
The 14th Firefighter Charity BBQ & Sauce Competition known as Shamrockin' BBQ & Beer Festival is a fund raiser hosted by the Firefighter's Charity of Central Florida. This fund raiser helps fund our Florian Fund. This fund provides financial assistance to local firefighters enduring catastrophic crisis such as PTSD and cancer treatments. We are excited to announce in 2027 we are the Florida BBQ Association official State Championship Site for Backyard teams! For our local teams, we have a HomeTown cooking division for those teams that may not compete on a regular basis.
We are awarding over $5,000 in prizes and trophies!
