The 12th Fireifighter Charity BBQ & Chili Competition now known as Shamrockin' BBQ & Beer Festival is a fund raiser hosted by the Firefighter's Charity of Central Florida. This fund raiser helps fund our Florian Fund. This fund provides financial assistance to local firefighters enduring catastrophic crisis such as PTSD and cancer treatments. We are pleased to announce we are a Backyard Cooker competition sanctioned by the Florida BBQ Association. For our local teams, we have  a HomeTown cooking division for those teams that may not compete on a  regular basis.

We are awarding over $5,000 in prizes and trophies!

This two day event features an Irish Festival and Street Block Party,  Cornhole Tournament, and a number of competitions with free concerts on Friday & Saturday.

The fun kicks off Friday night and it really heats up with our Chili Cookoff with a peoples choice and judges choice. Saturday continues the fun and gets even more exciting as our main BBQ & Sauce competition starts in the afternoon. Live music all day with great grilled food, a parade, full liquor bars, firetrucks, vendors, and much more!

The BBQ competition is limited to 24 teams. The chili competition is limited to 30 teams. Sign up early to ensure your space.
