The 12th Fireifighter Charity BBQ & Chili Competition now known as Shamrockin' BBQ & Beer Festival is a fund raiser hosted by the Firefighter's Charity of Central Florida. This fund raiser helps fund our Florian Fund. This fund provides financial assistance to local firefighters enduring catastrophic crisis such as PTSD and cancer treatments. We are pleased to announce we are a Backyard Cooker competition sanctioned by the Florida BBQ Association. For our local teams, we have  a HomeTown cooking division for those teams that may not compete on a  regular basis.
